Just the Wedding Day

You’ve been planning your wedding for months now and all the decisions and choices are made. Your wedding date is fast approaching and maybe you’re getting a bit nervous worrying how it’s all going come together. There is where I come in to help make it all run smoothly by:

Meeting in person twice about 3-4 weeks prior to wedding
Preparing a detailed timeline & all other schedules and itineraries as needed
Attending the rehearsal
Ensuring ceremony site is set up and ready to go on wedding day
Instructing ushers on their duties
Helping the bride and bridal party
Organizing the processional lineup
Assisting in the transition of ceremony items to reception venue
Managing small décor items such as place cards, pew markers, favours, candles, etc.
Directing the photography session with bridal party & family
Being the onsite key contact for all vendors
Overseeing scheduled events at reception, cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, music, speeches, bouquet toss
Delivering final payments and tips to vendors
And always carrying my “bridal emergency kit”

Month Before Coordination

Your wedding is a few months away and all the details and vendors need to be finalized.

Maybe your feeling overwhelmed and need a helping hand the rest of the way.

This is where I come in and get more involved with finalizing your wedding plans.

This service includes all the items outlined in Just the Wedding Day service, plus more:

Involved 6-8 weeks prior to wedding
Another in person meeting
Reviewing all vendor contracts
Confirming all vendors 1 week prior to finalize details & information
Being key contact for all vendors
Preparing seating plan/floor plan if needed

Acrylic Signage

I'm now offering custom-made acrylic signage for your wedding. These can be made in a variety of sizes & colours, from the back colour to font colour & type, or even add a touch of gold leaf accent for an extra bit of glitz!
